FUR together with CAFE held an inspection of stadiums
FUR together with Center of Access to Football in Europe (CAFE) and All-Russian Society of Disabled held inspections on availability of RPL stadiums for disabled people.
The inspection touched the following stadiums: VTB Arena, Luzhniki (both - Moscow), Akhmat-Arena (Grozny), Krasnodar (Krasnodar), Tsentralny (Krasnoyarsk), Neftyannik (Ufa), Anzhi (Kaspiysk), Gazovik (Orenburg) and Arsenal (Tula).
VEB Arena, RZHD Arena, Otkrytiye Arena (all - Moscow) and Arena Khimki (Khimki) were inspected in November 2018.
Specialists assessed availability and number of seats for disabled people, parking places, routs toward each stadium and moving within the arena itself, available information, navigation, signs, available WC and their number, food and drinks selling points.
The specialists also analyzed additional services: availability of hearing induction loops, facilities for guide dogs, and visual description for visually challenged and sightless fans. Besides the specialists checked evacuation roads in the event of emergency and first aid points. The inspections were carried out in accordance with UEFA and CAFE requirements on availability of stadiums for disabled fans.
