FUR official announcement

Aleksandr Dyukov, FUR President:

"FUR has finished the work on receiving of all necessary approvals for using VAR at the second RPL tour. IFAB submitted an official permission. We negotiated with all people involved and defined optimal specifications for implementing VAR. FUR will become an integrator of the system; Hawk Eye and Match TV will also take part in the project. I’m convinced that our long-term cooperation will become effective. Dynamo - Rubin will be the first match, where we will use the system.
