Kazrtsev and Vilkov are video assistants at "Dynamo" vs "Rubin"

For the first time in history of Russian Championship VAR system live will be used. Vasily Kazartsev and Mihail Vilkov will act as video assistants at match of the second tour of Russian Premier League Dynamo-Rubin, which will take place on Sunday, July 21.

A full line-up of officials is the following: referee – Vitaly Meshkov (Dmitrov), assistants of the referee – Nikolay Bogach (Lyubertsy), Adam Petrosyan (Bronnitsy); reserved referee – Sergey Karasyov (Moskva); VAR – Vasily Kazartsev (Saint Petersburg), AVAR – Mikhail Vilkov (Nizhniy Novgorod); inspector – Aleksandr Gvardis (Kaliningrad).
